CLEAN AIR SYSTEM ( AHU - Air Handling Unit )

Air handling Units are manufactured with precision and have a sturdy construction. lt is an assemblage of different externally chamfered extruded anodized aluminum profiles and nylon glass libre corner joints. Further to make it rust-resistant and sweat-free, it is provided with polyurethane foam between sandwiched panels. The imported galvanized sheets and metal screws offer self-drilling and self-tapping operations. These additions do make the AHU look sleek and stylish.

High Efficiency Coils and Easy Maintenance

Corrosion resistance coil construction features have galvanized steel casing and stainless steel or MS header with threaded connections and extra thick tube walls and fins for longer life. Coils are selected with wider fin spacing to improve efficiency and facilitate maintenance. Coils can be removed or serviced form either side of the unit without disturbing the other coils.

High Performance Blowers

High energy efficient, DIDW centrifugal Blowers with forward / backward curved construction are available for medium to high static pressure applications. The electric motor is totally enclosed. Class F insulation, With drawable components & large inspection doors make maintenance easy.

Easy Access Filters

HEPA filters with extremely high separation capacity are installed in clean rooms, operating theaters and other hygienic ventilation applications. The mounting of the filter is extremely important, if the system is to confirm to the stringent demands.

Mixing Box with Dampers

A damper is used in the AHU for shutoff and adjustment of the air flow. The damper is supplied with Mixing Box for better mixing and control of fresh air and return air. Mixing Box is equipped with parallel / opposite blade dampers for tight closure. Our newly improved damper is designed for Indian climate.

Anti-Vibration Isolators

Fan and motor is mounted on a common extruded aluminum Chanel base by using Anti-vibration spring isolators & rubber anti-vibration pads ensuring low operating noise & vibration. This eliminates the need for flexible coil connections and thus save installation cost.

Convenient Access Door

Access door is provided with hinges & quick release latch for easy opening / access to all internals of AHU. The hinge & latch are made out of glass fiber to provide a smooth operation thru out its life.
